Bakery in Haiti

Scenes from a bakery in Haiti. The bread made in this bakery is eaten by local residents and sold locally for a modest profit. As far as I can tell this is the only bakery within many miles. There are no automated machines, no preservatives and no health codes. There is, however, a lot of manual labor involved.
